What is a custom quote in PresupuestAPP?
It is your way of quoting turned into an app template: your sections and wording, the measurements you use, how you calculate the price, the extras, staged payments and your terms. With it you create complete technical quotes from your phone in minutes.
How much does the setup cost?
€299 incl. VAT, as a single payment. It includes building the template, testing it with you and 30 days of priority support. To use it you need the Business or Developer plan. After that, priority support is optional and costs €9.99 a month (incl. VAT) with any plan.
What do I need to send you?
Two or three real quotes you have already prepared (PDF, Word, Excel or photos) and your logo. That shows us your structure, your wording and how you price.
Does the AI set the prices?
No. The AI writes from what you tell it about the visit; the prices come from your template and you confirm them before anything is sent to the client.
Can my client sign the quote?
Yes. They receive a link by WhatsApp or email where they can switch extras on, see the payment stages, ask you questions, request changes or sign from their phone. They can also download the PDF.
Can I change the template later?
Yes. The template is yours and you can edit it in the app: wording, prices, extras or terms. With priority support we help you do it.
Will it work for my sector?
If you always quote with a similar structure (sections, measurements and extras), yes: renovations, kitchens, pools, solar panels, windows, HVAC or new builds. Message us and we will tell you before we start.
Which languages does it support?
